		<description>Nice!  I was just going to partition my HD and learn Linux as well.  Hope you continue to have time to update this!  I looked around in the UW AccessIT Knowledge Base, but this link  (http://lars.atrc.utoronto.ca/) wasn&#039;t working.  There&#039;s so much information...eg, had to figure out all the ubuntu/xubuntu/kubuntu stuff...etc etc.</description>

I *love* Hydrogen, the drum machine, but as far as any other production is concerned, you have to start working things around with Jack~  Defaulting to ALSA in this scenario is so much better imo, only because Jack is a headache to even understand for me, much less routing audio to specific drivers :\
